La primera colaboración discográfica de la cantante, pianista, compositora y arreglista Clarice Assad (Rio de Janeiro, 1978) con su padre, el gran concertista de guitarra Sérgio Simão Assad (São João da Boa Vista, São Paulo, 1952) (el mayor de los hermanos Assad), se compone de once temas compuestos por ellos mismo en solitario o con diferentes 'parceiros' que exploran diversos aspectos de su rica herencia musical familiar. Cabe destacar que por primera vez Sérgio Assad muestra también su faceta de letrista.
